White-Collar Boxing
The story has it that a few years ago, two Wall Street types who both fancied themselves just a little, bet on who would still be standing after three rounds in the local boxing gym. They employed pro fighters as trainers, worked out for the best part of six months, and finally got it on at Gleason's in front of a crowd of colleagues. Given that neither could fight a lick, they both walked away unscathed and with pride intact. Word spread and soon Gleason's found itself with a steady queue of Wall Street warriors stretching all the way over Brooklyn Bridge! Bruce Silverglade the founder of IWCBA, who suggested to the courts that Mike Tyson, when found guilty, spent his penance by getting him to the gym to teach the kids boxing is coming to town.
White-Collar Boxing today remains a high-adrenalin contact sport but it is now regulated and controlled by the International White-Collar Boxing Association (IWCBA). The sport attracts men & women from numerous white-collar professions because it actively promotes and develops the positive qualities of boxing: courage, commitment and confidence.
With New York and London blazing a trail, the sport is now taking Europe by storm after numerous highly publicised The Real Fight Club White-Collar boxing events in cooperation with Gleason's gym. As you'll see if you come to one of our shows, the thrill of watching your friend, colleague or client in the ring is amazing. Many of our members were inspired to join after watching the pugilistic efforts of their peers…"

The Real Fight Club
Founded in 2000, The Real Fight Club has pioneered boxing training and boxing evenings for City professionals who by day work for or run leading companies. The club provides a well-needed alternative to the traditional health club for people who enjoy mixing fast results with a new and stimulating challenge. And because we are a club, we have helped launch many friendships and commercial relationships.
We have produced over 65 events and are proud to count our membership in thousands. Our productions vary from black tie dinner shows in 5 star hotels to multi-seating arena events. Whenever we can, we include a charity angle and over the years we have helped raise over £800,000 for various charities. We have received unprecedented media coverage and attracted a star-studded audience including Their Royal Highnesses Princes William and Harry.
